Hi everyone! I've taken my ACT but I'm having difficulty locating my ACT ID (yeah, I know, sounds silly). I spent a good amount of time searching online but couldn't find any concrete info. I need the ID for my future college applications and some scholarship forms. Can someone please help me figure out where and how I can find it? Thanks in advance.
a month agoHello! Don't worry, it's definitely not silly to have trouble locating your ACT ID - it's not the most straightforward process. Here's how you can find your ACT ID:
1. Go to the ACT website and log in to your ACT account.
2. Once you're in your MyACT account, you will find a tab labeled "My Scores.“
3. Click on "test dates & scores."
4. Here, you should see the scores for the test date you've taken your ACT on. Your ACT ID is listed here.
Your ACT ID is an eight-digit number that can usually be found on the top left of your Score Report. Keep in mind, you won’t have this ID if you haven’t registered for or taken the ACT yet.
For future reference, you might consider taking a screenshot, writing down, or printing your Score Report page. That way, you can easily find your ACT ID whenever you need it.
Just remember, your ACT ID is an important document, so keep it secure and don't share it online or with anyone who does not have a valid need for it. During the application process, this kind of identifiable information is crucial and must be safeguarded. Good luck!
