Through the Older Americans Act Support and Health Services Grant, the City of Boston’s Age Strong Commission seeks to fund programs that are providing a comprehensive and supportive social service system while promoting longevity and an optimal quality of life for older adults. The goal is to leverage existing community trust and foster a sense of community within each neighborhood. We want to ensure high-quality social programs are accessible to older adults.
